LADTECH’s HDPE Adjusting Ring   (The ‘LADTECH SYSTEM’) was developed in 1995 by Dwight Wiedrich, CEO of LADTECH, Inc. As founder of LADTECH, Inc.  In July of 1995, Dwight knew he had a superior product. “Unlike many new products where the buyer weighs the advantages and disadvantages of making a change, the ‘LADTECH SYSTEM’ of HDPE Adjusting Rings offers only advantages.

“ I knew the sewer industry would welcome a change from the heavy concrete adjustment rings to the light-weight, superior performance of the LADTECH HDPE Adjusting rings” With over twenty five years of experience in the concrete pipe and manhole industry Dwight saw a definite need to correct numerous problems with corrosion of concrete and the resulting inflow in manhole chimney sections.   “It was apparent that current sewer systems have not changed in more than a millennium – probably since the days of Caesar!”

The LADTECH Adjustment ring is patented in the US and protection is applied for in 20 other countries.  Ladtech, Inc. has out sourced their production of the HDPE rings since the inception of the product, until January 1st of 2008 when Ladtech was able to incorporate a new company and begin manufacturing their own products along with other customer’s injection molded products.

LADTECH Manufacturing, Inc can facilitate a wide range of molding needs thanks in part to our various sizes of equipment.  We have in our arsenal 170 ton hydraulic injection presses and up to 1500 ton presses.

All the products are produced under a specified quality controlled program according to customers' specification, design or samples. The predominant source product we use is 100% post consumer, recycled plastic blow molded milk jugs, detergent bottles, and injection molded thin-wall containers.  Just one 2” thick adjustment ring diverts about 50-60 milk jugs and/or detergent bottles from our landfill sites.
