"Quality Control Program"

A well documented and carefully followed quality control program in the custom molding field is vital to both the success of the molder and to the satisfaction of the customer. 

The purpose of any quality control program is to tell “how to do it right”, by utilizing admonishments and keeping accurate records. 

Ladtech Manufacturing’s program provides us with definitive procedures to effectively keep lot qualities homogenous.  Our quality control program/manual is comprised of highly prized internal documents and procedures developed after years of experience, gleaned through trial and error.  It is intended to be sufficiently rigorous to permit us to be qualified to the most demanding of customer requirements, yet be adaptable through selective editing for the requirements of general purpose customers.
